1 brown onion
225g tin diced pineapple
1 to 1.5kg pork belly diced
1 pack frozen bao buns, steamed
2 carrots, cut into batons
2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into batons
2 red chillies, sliced
Just prepare, set and let the Russell Hobbs Slow Cooker do the hard work while you get on with your day
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Brown diced pork belly & onion.
Add pork belly, onion, and remaining ingredients to your slow cooker, including the contents of the Beerenberg jar rinsed out with the juice from the can of pineapple.
Cook in your slow cooker on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours.
Serve sticky pork belly in bao buns with the garnishes mentioned above.
