Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Beerenberg Apricot Jam
- 1 apricot, skin and seed removed
- juice of ½ lime
- 45ml white rum
- ½ cup crushed ice
- extra apricot and mint, for garnish
Method:
Using a blender, blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Place in a martini glass, and top with fresh apricot and mint to serve.
