Ingredients
- ½ - 1 Chinese cabbage
- 4 green onions (shallots)
- 100g slivered almonds, lightly roasted
- 100g crispy noodles
- Beerenberg’s Asian Dressing & Dipping Sauce
Method:
Combine finely shredded Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced green onions, and the lightly roasted slivered almonds. Mix in Beerenberg’s Asian Dressing & Dipping Sauce to taste, then mix through 100g of crispy noodles just before serving.
