- 4 new-season Pink Lady Apples
- 2 really good salamis (thinly sliced)
- 1 big hunk of Australian-made cheddar
- Crusty bread

Still one of the all-time best picnic options; the classic ploughman’s lunch is definitely worth a revisit every now and then. We love packing up individual ploughman’s boxes for picnics. They are a cute and easy way to make everyone feel special and well-fed. Adapt and add elements at will, but don’t take out the Mustard Pickle - it’s by far the tie that binds here!
Divide the above into four individual boxes, pack with some cute napkins, tie with string and serve with cold apple cider. Perfect!
