Natasha is a Thai-ny bit addicted to this dressing. You will be too once you try it. Creamy and mildly spicy with the tangy, savoury flavour of Thailand.

Pair with: Grilled Steak or Warm Beef Salads

It goes perfectly in a warm Thai Beef Salad. Simply mix sliced grilled steak, cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts, grated carrot, coriander and mint – and add a good drench of dressing.

Top with roasted peanuts to finish and you have a dish that’s smashing, wonderful, delightful and delicious. Who wants seconds?
