Preheat your oven to 200 degrees (fan forced).
Roll out the puff pastry into a circular shape, then spread a thin layer of Beerenberg Raspberry Jam on top. Arrange the apple slices on the pastry sheet in a circular pattern.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling. Drizzle Beerenberg Blue Gum Honey on top for extra sweetness, and sprinkle fresh raspberries.
Lightly brush the edges of the pastry with oil or melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle some additional jam over the top and serve with vanilla ice cream.
