Breakfast Muffin Meal Prep

Ingredients

4 tsps. of Beerenberg Australian Tomato Chutney

4 English muffins

8 slices of shortcut bacon

4 eggs

4 slices of tasty cheese

Butter or margarine

Salt and pepper (for seasoning)


Directions

Prepare your ingredients by cooking the bacon and frying the eggs. Allow them to cool.

Slice the muffins in half. On one side, spread Beerenberg Australian Tomato Chutney, and on the other, add butter or margarine.

Layer in the egg, two slices of bacon, one slice of cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

You can either wrap the muffins in baking paper and foil or store them in an airtight container.

To reheat, simply place them in a sandwich press for about four minutes, or until the ingredients are warmed and the cheese melts.
