Ingredients
1 bag salted potato chips
100g prosciutto, torn
1 fresh mozzarella ball
Directions
Open the bag of chips along the centre seam and fold the edges outward to create a rustic, ready‑to‑serve bowl. Spread the chips into an even layer.
Layer the prosciutto and cornichons over the chips, then tear the mozzarella into smaller pieces and layer throughout.
Add generous spoonfuls of Chilli Jam across the top.
Finish with a fine grating of parmesan and serve immediately.
