Ingredients
8 Weet-Bix biscuits
320ml milk of choice
120g vanilla protein powder
560g strawberry high-protein yoghurt
Directions
Divide the Weet-Bix evenly between 4 containers and crumble it directly into the bases. Add the protein powder across each container, then pour over the milk (evenly dividing between all 4). Mix each one well until fully combined, then use the back of a spoon to firmly press each mixture down into a compact base.
Spoon the yoghurt evenly over each base and smooth it out.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut generously over all four containers. Add a neat strip of Beerenberg Strawberry Jam down the centre of each one to mimic the classic Iced VoVo topping. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until set.
To serve, top each container with an Iced VoVo biscuit and enjoy
