
Ingredients
1 x 6-pack of hot cross buns
1 jar Beerenberg Strawberry Jam
1 packet custard powder (prepared as per instructions)
Milk (as per custard powder instructions)
Directions
Cook the custard powder according to the packet instructions using the specified amount of milk. Once thickened, transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film (pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming), and let it cool completely.
Use a small knife or a piping nozzle to create a hole on two sides of each hot cross bun. Spoon the custard and Beerenberg Strawberry Jam into separate piping bags. Fill each bun with custard on one side and jam on the other, then serve!
