Lemon & Lime Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 cups Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of Beerenberg Lemon & Lime Curd

Zest of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lime


Directions

In a bowl, microwave 2 tablespoons of Beerenberg Lemon & Lime Curd for 20 seconds, or until it's slightly melted.

Line a baking tray and evenly spread the Greek yogurt to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Gently incorporate the melted curd into the yogurt, spreading it lightly across the surface.

Grate fresh lemon and lime zest over the mixture.

Freeze for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.

Once frozen, break or cut into pieces and enjoy!
