Ingredients
350g cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp semi-dried basil, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine diced cherry tomatoes, chopped semi-dried basil, salt, pepper, and feta in a bowl.
Add Beerenberg Italian Dressing and mix gently.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice baguette, arrange on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let toasted baguette cool slighty, top with tomato mixture.
