PB+J Baked Oats

Ingredients

200g rolled oats

2 bananas

80g protein powder

420ml milk

1 tsp baking powder

30g Peanut butter

30g Beerenberg Strawberry Jam


Directions

Add to a baking dish, mashed banana, oats, protein, milk and baking powder until  smooth. Swirl through peanut butter and generous spoonfuls of Beerenberg Strawberry Jam, then bake at 180°C for 35–40 mins until golden.

Store leftovers in the fridge and either microwave for 1 minute when ready to eat, or enjoy cold for an oat bar vibe.

Serving suggestion: serve with sliced banana, yoghurt and an extra spoon of strawberry jam on top
