Saltbush Crusted Smoked Beef & Caramelised Onion Relish Panini

Ingredients

4 panini

2 pkts 80g Barossa Fine Foods Saltbush Crusted Smoked Beef

2 cups rocket leaves

8 slices Swiss cheese

2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

½ cup Beerenberg Caramelised Onion Relish


Directions

Cut each panini in half lengthways.

On the bottom halves, evenly layer the tomato slices, rocket, and
2 slices of Swiss cheese per panini.

Evenly divide the smoked beef over the cheese, then spoon over
the caramelised onion relish.

Top with the remaining panini halves and serve.
