Strawberry & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Strawberry & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

50g rolled or quick oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

180g Greek yoghurt

125ml milk of choice

2 tbsp Beerenberg Strawberry Jam (or any Beerenberg Jam
of choice)

1 tbsp hemp seeds, for topping

1 banana, sliced, for topping

Handful of fresh strawberries, for topping


Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, Greek yoghurt, milk and 1 tbsp of Beerenberg Strawberry Jam until fully mixed.

Divide the mixture between two containers or jars, cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

In the morning, top with hemp seeds, sliced banana, fresh strawberries, and a dollop of Beerenberg Strawberry Jam.

NOTE: Feel free to choose your favourite flavour of Beerenberg Jam and top with fruit of choice
