- The prize is one $100 online Beerenberg voucher.

- The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand
- Employees of The Beerenberg Family Farm and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or its partners in the delivery of the competition are ineligible to enter
- The competition opens at 8am on Friday 1st November 2024 and closes at 8am Wednesday 8th January 2025
- The winner will be picked and announced by Friday 10th January 2025
- The prize must be claimed within 60 days
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
- Entry is free and to be submitted online only. One entry per email address will be accepted
- Winners will be chosen by random by an electronic system
- The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and address suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation. If for any reason any winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash
- Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition
- The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
