
Ingredients
3-4 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp Beerenberg Italian Dressing
2 tsp Beerenberg Extra Virgin Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Directions
Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate. Scatter basil leaves on top.
Drizzle with Beerenberg’s Italian Dressing and olive oil. Season lightly with salt, then serve.
