Rich and fragrant, our 30 minute Pumpkin and Chickpea mild curry recipe base will satisfy the most discerning of vegetarians.

Following our easy recipe on the jar, just add 300g of diced pumpkin, 300g of cauliflower florets, 1 diced brown onion, 400ml of coconut milk, 1 tin of drained chickpeas and 100g of spinach to finish.

Serve with rice and fresh coriander for a magnificent family feast. Like all our recipe bases, this Pumpkin and Chickpea Curry is made on our family farm in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia from locally sourced ingredients.
