Made on our family farm in the Adelaide Hills using the freshest ingredients, this sauce combines the classic umami flavours of soy with the zesty freshness of ginger. 

Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (7%) (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Vinegar, Chilli, Sea Salt, Sesame Oil, Garlic (2%), Candied Ginger (2%), Tamarind, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Spice (Wheat), Xanthan Gum.  CONTAINS SOY, SESAME, WHEAT, GLUTEN.
