Our Sri Lankan Fish Curry 30 minute meal base, made right here on our Farm, will delight the senses with its fragrant and mildly-spiced authentic flavour.

By following the simple recipe on the jar (adding 700gm of diced firm white fleshed fish, 1 diced red onion, 4 diced tomatoes, 270ml tin of coconut cream, 15-20 curry leaves [optional] and the contents of the jar) you will have a dish you can be proud to call your own. (Go on, we won't tell!).

Fruit and Vegetables (Tomato, Onion, Chilli, Tamarind), Water, Vinegar, Spices, Raw Sugar, Sea Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Cornflour, Mustard Seeds, Xanthan Gum.
