4 cups baby spinach leaves
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen peas, blanched
450g cooked and peeled prawns (tails left on)
1 x bottle Beerenberg Creamy Seafood Sauce
1 lemon, to serve

Light, easy and just delicious. This salad is perfect for warm summer nights.
Combine the spinach leaves, avocado, peas and prawns on a nice big serving platter. Drizzle with the Beerenberg Creamy Seafood Sauce and scatter with lemon wedges. Serve with some toasts or crusty bread and enjoy!
