Air Fryer Baked Double Cream Brie with Fig and Pomegranate Paste

Ingredients

1 wheel Udder Delights Double Cream Brie

1 garlic clove, finely sliced

2 sprigs rosemary

1 jar Beerenberg Fig and Pomegranate Paste

1 baguette, sliced, to serve

Your choice of fruit, nuts and crackers, to serve


Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.

Place the Brie in a small oven-proof baking dish and lightly score a cross pattern on the top rind. Nestle the sliced garlic and rosemary leaves into the cheese, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and serve with Beerenberg Fig and Pomegranate Paste, bread, crackers and your choice of fruit and nuts.
