Ingredients
- 4 thick sliced sourdough bread
- 4 tbsp Balsamic Beetroot Relish
- 100g sliced Brie
Method:
Spread each slice with Balsamic Beetroot Relish and then top with slices of Brie. Place under the grill until Brie is melted and golden brown.
