Ingredients
4 thick sliced sourdough bread
4 tbsp Balsamic Beetroot Relish
100g sliced Brie
Directions
Spread each slice with Balsamic Beetroot Relish and then top with slices of Brie. Place under the grill until Brie is melted and golden brown.
