Ingredients
500g watermelon
½ bunch mint, leaves picked
¼ red onion, finely sliced
large handful baby salad leaves
3 tablespoons Beerenberg Honey Mustard Dressing
120g Danish feta
Directions
Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut into small wedges. In a large bowl, toss the watermelon, mint, red onion, salad leaves and Beerenberg Honey Mustard Dressing. Place in a serving bowl and crumble the feta on top.
