
Ingredients
300g Greek yoghurt
45g vanilla or strawberry protein powder
2 tbsp Beerenberg Strawberry Jam
70g granola or muesli of choice
1 punnet of fresh strawberries, quartered
Directions
Combine the Greek yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl until smooth.
In two serving glasses or jars, layer half the yoghurt mixture, followed by half the Beerenberg Strawberry Jam, half the granola, and half the strawberries. Repeat once more until you’ve used all the ingredients. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Feel free to use your favourite Beerenberg Jam and pair it with the matching fruit
