Ingredients
200g 70% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
200g butter, roughly chopped
4 eggs
zest of 1 orange
1½ cups caster sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a brownie pan with non-stick paper. In a heatproof bowl add the chocolate and 150g of butter. Heat in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring at each interval. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly. Add the eggs to the chocolate mixture one by one, stirring after each addition. Add the orange zest, 1¼ cups caster sugar, ¾ cup flour and cocoa and stir until just combined.
In a small heatproof bowl, add the remaining butter. Heat in the microwave until just melted. Add the remaining sugar, flour, milk and Beerenberg Orange Marmalade and stir to combine.
Add the chocolate mix to the prepared brownie pan. Spot the orange mixture on top of the chocolate mixture. Run a butter knife through the pan a few times to roughly marble the two mixes together. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the sides begin to crisp and the middle is still soft to touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan.
