Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 brown onion
- 180g Basmati rice
- 500ml beef stock
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 x Beerenberg Lamb Biryani 30 Minute Meal Base
Method:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in pan. Add diced onion and lamb mince. Cook until brown
2. Add uncooked rice, finely chopped cauliflower and the contents of this jar, using the stock to rinse out jar.
3. Stir to combine. Cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Add peas and cook for a further 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with plain yoghurt and slivered almonds.
