Ingredients
- seasoned chicken thighs
- vegetables e.g potatoes, zuccini, carrots, capsicum
- 1/2 jar Beerenberg Caramelised Onion
Method:
For a weekday meal that is easy to put together, toss half a jar of Beerenberg Caramelised Onion with sliced potatoes, zucchini, carrot and capsicum in a baking dish. Top with seasoned chicken thigh cutlets and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
