Ingredients
1/2 lime
4 large Beerenberg strawberries + extras for serving
60ml gin
90ml Beerenberg Strawberry Drizzle
½ cup ice
180ml soda water
Directions
In a cocktail shaker (or tall glass), add 4 large strawberries and the juice of one lime. Muddle gently.
Add the gin and Beerenberg Strawberry Drizzle. Stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ice then strain the strawberry gin mixture into each glass.
Top each glass with soda water and garnish with fresh Beerenberg strawberries. Enjoy!
