1 x 250g brie cheese
3 sage leaves
3 thin slices of prosciutto
2 tablespoons of Beerenberg Chilli Jam
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Make a 4cm circle in the top of the brie and core out. Place Beerenberg Chilli Jam in the hole created and place brie lid back on. Arrange 3 sage leaves on top of the brie. Place 3 slices of prosciutto over the sage, wrapping the brie. Place the brie on the lined tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp.
