1kg diced blade steak
1 sliced green capsicum
1 sliced brown onion
1 stick sliced celery
1 diced carrot
1 tin diced tomatoes (400g)
2 diced potatoes
Directions
Follow these easy steps:
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
Brown beef and onion before adding to slow cooker with remaining ingredients, including the contents of this jar.
Stir to combine
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
Serve with crusty bread, mashed potato, pasta or rice and top with sour cream and flat leaf parsley.
