Ingredients
1 jar Beerenberg Japanese Beef Curry Slow Cooker Sauce
1 kg diced chuck steak
1 diced brown onion
3 diced potatoes
3 diced carrots
500ml apple juice
2 tsp cornflour
Steamed rice to serve
Directions
Heat oil in pan.
Brown beef and onion, add to slow cooker with potatoes, carrots and jar contents. Rinse jar with the apple juice and stir.
Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours
Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup of cold water. Stir through curry and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
