Ingredients
2 tsp butter
2 slices crusty bread
85g Udder Delights Smoked Brie, sliced
4 slices Chilli and Fennel Salami
1 tbsp Beerenberg Blood Orange and Whisky for Cheese
Salt, to taste
Directions
Butter the outer side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the brie and salami.
On the unbuttered side of the other slice, spread Beerenberg Blood Orange and Whisky for Cheese and sprinkle with salt. Sandwich the slices together with the buttered sides facing outwards and fry in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and melted.
