1 kg small Chipolata sausages
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the sausages in a large freezer bag or in a large bowl, add the sauce and oil and mix well until every sausage is coated with sauce. Line a baking tray with paper then tip in the sausages. Cook for 30 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.
Serve immediately with extra Beerenberg African Spice Taka Tala Sauce and Marinade.
