Ingredients
- 100g Balsamic Beetroot Relish
- 200g cream cheese, softened.
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt & pepper to taste
Method:
In a food processor combine all ingredients thoroughly. Season to taste. Serve with warm bread and crudités.
