Beetroot & Cumin Dip

Ingredients

100g Balsamic Beetroot Relish

200g cream cheese, softened.

1 tsp cumin powder

juice of 1 lemon

salt & pepper to taste


Directions

In a food processor combine all ingredients thoroughly. Season to taste. Serve with warm bread and crudités.
