Ingredients
- Whole sweet potato
- Beerenberg Burger Relish
- Torn bread
- Herbs eg basil or parsley
Method:
Great with grilled chicken or steak, or as a meal on its own, place some whole sweet potatoes in a 180°C oven for half an hour. Once softened, slice a long pocket in each potato and fill with Beerenberg Burger Relish, torn bread, and herbs such as basil and parsley. Bake for another 15 minutes before serving.
