12 large oysters, opened and loose
2 slices Kanmantoo smoked bacon
3 teaspoons Beerenberg Sweet Chilli Relish
3 teaspoons Beerenberg Worcestershire Sauce
Lime and lemon, to serve.
Preheat oven or grill to high. Place oysters on a baking tray. Slice the bacon into strips and place into a frying pan. Cook over low heat until the bacon starts to crisp a little. Add the Beerenberg Sweet Chilli Relish and Beerenberg Worcestershire Sauce and mix. Remove from heat.
Place ½ teaspoon of bacon mix onto each oyster. Cook in the oven or under the grill for two to three minutes or until the oyster is hot.
Serve on rock salt with fresh lime and lemon.
