Roasted Capsicum, Goat Curd and Caramelised Onion Tartlettes

Ingredients

12 mini premade savory tartlette shells

1 ½ cups of goat curd

2 tablespoons of Beerenberg Caramelised Onion

50g of roasted capsicum

chervil to garnish


Directions

In a mixing bowl combine goat curd and Beerenbrg Caramelised Onion. Place in piping bag and pipe into tartlet shells. Top each tartlet with a small piece of roasted capsicum and a sprig of chervil.
