Ingredients
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- ¾ jar Beerenberg Spicy BBQ Caramelised Onion
- 2 teaspoons Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- croutons and fresh vegetables, to serve
Method:
Place the cream cheese in a large bowl. Using an electric beater, whip until smooth. Add the Beerenberg Spicy BBQ Caramelised Onion and Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard and whip to combine.
Add the balsamic vinegar. Using a spoon, fold together only two times to achieve a marble effect. Place in a serving bowl with the croutons and fresh vegetables on the side.
