Caramelised Onion and Balsamic Dip

Ingredients

500g cream cheese, softened

¾ jar Beerenberg Caramelised Onion Relish

2 teaspoons Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

croutons and fresh vegetables, to serve


Directions

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl. Using an electric beater, whip until smooth. Add the Beerenberg Caramelised Onion and Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard and whip to combine.

Add the balsamic vinegar. Using a spoon, fold together only two times to achieve a marble effect. Place in a serving bowl with the croutons and fresh vegetables on the side.
