1kg pork belly, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 jar Beerenberg Miso Maple Pork 30 Minute Meal Base
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 spring onion, finely sliced
pinch of dried chilli flakes
Slice pork belly into bite sized pieces then toss in a bowl with ½ jar Beerenberg Miso Maple Pork 30 Minute Meal Base. Making sure the pork pieces are well coated.
Spray preheated air fryer basket with cooking spray if needed and transfer the pork belly to the basket, leaving room between each piece.
Set the air fryer temperature at 200°C.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flip the pork or shake the basket every 5 minutes. Cook until your desired crispiness.
Serve pork bites on iceberg lettuce for a fresh crunch, lime wedges and a sprinkle of sliced spring onions and chilli flakes.
Tip: Leave room between each pork belly piece to allow plenty of airflow. The more room the crispier the pork belly will be.
